This card features Machop from the Legendary Collection set, released in 2002. The card showcases the 'Reverse Holofoil' parallel, where the entire card outside of the main image box is covered in a radiant, fireworks-style holographic pattern. The card border is a distinct, reflective sparkle, a trademark of the Legendary Collection's reverse holo cards. The card itself presents Machop in a dynamic pose against a dark, cosmic background. It has yellow/gold bordering around the central artwork. Classic style text layout includes 'Punch' and 'Kick' attack moves.
